Join the Discord
Join the BEV Discord server and open a ticket from the ticket channel. Use a ticket for every problem, question or suggestion. It's usually the quickest way to get an answer.
Send an email
Prefer not to use Discord? Email [email protected] with your problem or your suggestion. Say which server it's about.
Try these first
Health check
On the dashboard, under Utility. It checks BEV's permissions, its role position and every feature that's switched on, and says what needs fixing.
/help
Lists every command by section, with what each one does. Admins can also add their own server info to it.
Is BEV online?
The status page shows whether the bot is running right now and how many servers it's in.

The server's name, so we know where to look.

Say which command or feature you used, what you expected and what happened instead. A screenshot helps.
